We are governed by the rules of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, this ensures professional ethics relating to fees, professional indemnity insurance, continual professional development and which ensures our impartiality and integrity.

Both directors are Professional Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with nearly 40 years of property experience between them.

The company is dynamic, flexible and forward thinking and has clients

all over the UK. Our client list reflects the quality of service we can offer

and includes major Plc companies together with many other smaller operations.

Our reports are written in clear concise English making them easy to understand and implement. We can provide them in a number of formats from paper copies to hyper linked editions on disc for ease of storage or insertion on the company intranet.
