100 states that an Asbestos Inspector should: -
Have appropriate
training (P402, or S301), experience, and have an adequate quality
assurance procedure, companies with UKAS accreditation for surveying or
individuals holding ABICS certification
should fulfil this criteria. We are currently being assessed for ABICS.
They should also be
able to demonstrate independence, impartiality and integrity.
